- Minimum amount of order is US$ 100.00
- Shipping costs WORLDWIDE is US$12 for all orders in one shipment, regardless of the number of items in the shipment. FREE Shipping for all orders over US$300.
- All confirmed orders with payment received/approved will be processed, packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. However, should there be a delay our staff will inform you via email.
- We will use a reliable courier service of our choice for shipment depending on the total weight and country of delivery. We normally use FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS or USPS for all shipments.
- All orders will be shipped using a courier service with a live online tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched out. All shipments will require a signature as a proof of delivery by the courier company.
- To prevent all our customers from paying high duty or custom taxes, all international orders will be sent as "Gifts" and declared at an extremely low value to avoid costly duty or custom taxes.
- All orders placed via this website will be verbally confirmed by our sales representative to guard against fraud. All IP addresses used to make orders will be recorded and logged by our website's shopping cart system.
